These Terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of the 90-Day Emergency Survival Plan (the “Product”) from ReadyShield USA. By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to these Terms.

The Product

The Product is a digital download consisting of PDF guides, printable checklists, and a spreadsheet calculator, sold for a one-time payment of $19.99 USD. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payment and delivery are handled by Kiwify, and Kiwify's terms also apply to the checkout.

Educational purpose — not professional advice

The Product provides general educational information about emergency preparedness. It is not medical, nutritional, legal, financial, or professional safety advice, and it does not replace emergency services, official warnings, or evacuation orders. In an emergency, call 911 and follow instructions from local officials. Consult qualified professionals for advice about your specific situation, including medications and medical devices.

No guarantees

Emergencies are unpredictable. We do not guarantee any particular outcome from using the Product. Quantities, costs, and calculator results are estimates based on stated assumptions and are not guaranteed requirements or current retail prices. You are responsible for decisions you make, including the safe use of any equipment and compliance with local laws and fire codes.

License

When you buy the Product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, print, and use it for your own household. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, or share the files outside your household.

No affiliation

The Product is independently published and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FEMA, Ready.gov, the CDC, the FDA, the USDA, the CPSC, the American Red Cross, or any government agency.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReadyShield USA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Product, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.
