7-day refund window

You may request a full refund of your $19.99 purchase within 7 days of the purchase date.

How to request a refund

• Use the refund option in your Kiwify purchase area (“My orders”), or
• Contact us at Marceloteldj@gmail.com with your order email address.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed by Kiwify to your original payment method. Depending on your card issuer, it may take several business days or up to one or two billing cycles for the credit to appear. Access to the product is removed once a refund is completed.

Fraud and abuse

We may decline requests that are fraudulent or abusive, as permitted by law and Kiwify's policies.
